Barbara's strengths include compliance, leadership development, conflict resolution and organizational design, as well as recruitment and compensation and benefits.   Barbara earned both the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications as well as a certification in Change Leadership from Cornell University. She is also a Certified Professional Coach. She helps organizations operate with clarity and confidence, while empowering individuals to grow into their full potential.
